Monthly mortgage payment is calculated using the equal principal + interest method. Loan Amount = Home Price - Down Payment PMT = Loan × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n - 1) LTV (Loan to Value) = Loan Amount / Home Price × 100 LTV is typically allowed up to 40–70% depending on region and property type.
